Advice on this product Technical detailsThe flexible gooseneck luminaire WORK combines precise light direction, high-quality materials and robust construction in a particularly compact design. The delicate luminaire head allows infinitely variable focusing of the beam angle from 30° to 85° by simply turning the luminaire head – ideal for targeted lighting at the patient's bedside. The additional reading light at the patient's bedside is a required equipment feature in the private patient room.
For maximum operating convenience, the luminaire head can be tilted through 180° and rotated through 360°. In combination with the highly flexible shaft, the warm white light at 2,700 K and a colour rendering index of CRI > 90 can be aimed precisely and with low glare.

Efficiency, Flexibility and Robustness in Detail
Despite its compact form, the luminaire achieves a gross luminous flux of 600 lumens at a power consumption of just 6 watts, giving a high efficiency of 100 lm/W. The LED technology used is impressive, with a service life of over 50,000 hours (L80B10); the LED can be replaced.
The flexible shaft, made of wound spring steel with an integrated copper core, offers high long-term fatigue resistance and has been proven many times over in demanding hotel use.
Thanks to the polyolefin sheathing of the flexible shaft and the use of anodising, the luminaire is also distinguished by exceptional longevity, high mechanical robustness and excellent resistance to cleaning agents and disinfectants – ideal conditions for permanent use in hospitals and care facilities.
All the luminaire's components are designed to be replaceable. This supports sustainable use over many years, reduces resource consumption and simplifies maintenance and servicing processes.
Mounting is via a high-quality aluminium base with a rear screw fixing. The rocker switch, ergonomically positioned on the luminaire head, allows intuitive and immediately accessible operation directly in the area close to the patient.
