The Q100 provides pleasant indirect general lighting with T5 fluorescent tubes. A prism cover ensures effective light diffusion. The fore lighting strip can be fitted with all necessary direct shining reading lights. These can be variably adjusted horizontally. Medical personnel can thus react flexibly to the room occupancy and implement a range of scenarios e.g. placing the bedside table on the other side of the bed, should this be required.

The light is optionally available as a dimmable version. The optional light colour control "luxconsent" also enables regulation of the brightness and colour tone of the general lighting between activating cool and calming warm. This control can be switched to automatic, adapting the light colour to the natural course of daylight. Sober, bright light is available for examinations at the press of a button.
